Cancellation Policy
A scheduled appointment is a commitment of time between our technician and you. We
have reserved that time with the express purpose of helping you. When appointments are
missed or canceled at the last moment, that time is lost to the technician and generally
cannot be used to assist another client in need on such short notice.
Due to these effects, it is the official policy of Technical Reinforcements, Inc. that in
the event of a scheduled appointment being cancelled or rescheduled on short notice (12
hours or less), a 1 hour charge will be applied to the clients account.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in
order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use
of personal information. The following outlines our privacy policy.
•We will collect and use personal information solely with the objective of serving
our clients to our best ability.
•Unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law,
their information will never be sold or shared to any other organization.
•We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against
loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or
modification.
•We will provide clients a copy of ALL information we have recorded about them
upon request.
We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles
in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and
maintained.
